Philosphy of
care
At Roann House, we aim to create a homely environment
for elderly people where their needs are met in a homely atmosphere
with respect and dignity. We undertake to offer a friendly, entertaining
and fulfiling quality of life to all residents. Our objectives are
to care for the infirm elderly, to attend to their personal needs
with sympathy and understanding and to give them the freedom of
choice in their daily life but with encouragement to be active and
mobile. We seek to preserve their dignity, independence and privacy
and to seek their involvement in the functioning of the home. We
aim to provide a high standard of personal care 24 hours a day to
elderly people over the age of 65 for long term or respite care.
